L.M. is a Credit Services Organization and provides appraiser certified broker price opinion (“Certified-BPO”) and litigation ready forensic loan audit (“Loan Audit”) services. The estimated charge or range of charges for the services provided by L.M., for a Certified-BPO and Loan Audit from L.M. is $575 and $1,035 respectively. L.M. charges its customers a $255.00 set-up fee, and all charges and fees are paid directly to L.M. by client. You are NOT required to use the listed provider(s) as a condition for participating in Royo’s principal reduction litigation strategy.
