STRATEGY #1: BUSINESS BUILDER As a Business Builder Member you not only sell cars for a profit; you also build a team to help you. You keep 100% of your commission when you sell a car personally, and you also earn a commission when your team members sell a car. You become a Royo Direct Manager (RDM) when you sign-up a new member to join Royo, and you earn $255 for each car they sell. These recruits become your Direct Team Members.
You'll be promoted to a Royo Floor Manager ( RFM) when you successfully train you direct team members to start building a team of their own. When your direct team members recruit their own team members, you earn $100 for each car this member sells. These recruits become your Floor Team Members.
You become a Royo Executive Manager (REM) when your Floor Team Members recruit their first team members. These recruits become your Executive Team Members. You receive an incentive bonus of $1,000 for each member your Floor Team Members recruit. When you leverage your time and energy by building a team it looks like this:
